Prices include (provisional):
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in living area) and towels (extra set €8 pp), cleaning kit, end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up). Free access to hot tub, sauna and steam room in the wellness area.
To pay locally (provisional):
- Refundable deposit €600-€1000 depending on the size of the apartment,
- Local tourist tax max c.€2.53 pp/day (+18yrs, for guidance only),
- Cleaning of kitchen area and washing up €80,
- To hire: extra set of bed linen €10/bed, extra towels €8pp,
- Pets welcome €70/week (max 1/apt, pre-booking essential. Pets must be vaccinated, microchipped, and travel with their health record).
Please note that we have not yet been able to inspect these apartments, as the residence was not completed at the time of our visit. We were, however, impressed with the location and know the high standards employed from similar residences.
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
