The complex comprises 2 residences: the original Cascade was built in typical mountain style, in 2 buildings (3 and 5 storeys) comprising 15 fully equipped apartments. The look of the newer, neighbouring Epinettes residence, opened in December 2014, harmonises well with the Cascade, comprising 3 chalets on 8 levels. Apartments in the Cascade are decorated in a more traditional style and are generally more spacious than those in the newer part. Those in the Epinettes are decorated and appointed in a more contemporary style.
Other facilities include reception with lounge (in the Epinettes, serving also the Cascade), a spacious leisure area (in the Epinettes) with an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room (both payable c €6/session each), free outdoor parking (limited spaces) or free resort covered parking just below the complex. La Cascade/Les Epinettes are equipped with all modern amenities, ski lockers on the ground floor, a laundry room (payable) and a lift.

All apartments are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience. They have: living area with double sofa bed and TV, bathroom, WC, fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Apartments in La Cascade have combination oven/microwave; those in Les Epinettes have microwave/grill. All apartments have a south/east facing balcony or terrace.
