Built by the acclaimed mountain architects, MGM, Le Hameau du Rocher Blanc is in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood and stone. The building is composed of two sections of large 2-3 floor chalet-style buildings (with lifts). The resort centre is just 200m away from Hameau du Rocher Blanc apartments, with its restaurants, bars and shops.
About 100m apart, the newer section is closer to the resort centre (and ski lifts) and has access to all the facilities of the first building as follows: a private indoor heated swimming-pool (Hameau du Rocher Blanc 1 - 11, 5 m x 6, open Sun-Fri 09.00-19.30), fitness room, sauna and steam room (1 free session per apartment per week, then €39/apartment/6 sessions), a large Reception lounge, pool table (payable) and comfortable sofas.
Residence car park is £45/week or resort underground parking (payable locally, subject to availability) and ski lockers are also available.
The ski shop has direct access to the slopes so you can ski back to the shop. The shop is very well equipped with a dedicated ski locker where you can keep your ski gear (€15/week).
The loan of cots and high chairs (subject to availability, state at time of booking) and board games is available from Reception.
The residence comprises 108 fully equipped apartments of a good standard ranging from 1 bedroom to four bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people. All apartments at Le Hameau du Rocher Blanc are decorated in traditional rustic style and have a living area with single divan bed and extra drawer bed, fully equipped kitchen area with 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, a bathroom with bath or shower, separate wc and TV. All apartments, except studio, have a furnished balcony or terrace and wi-fi access (€25/week for up to 3 devices, payable on site by credit card only).
