Built for the Winter 09/10 season in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood, Les Fermes de St Gervais is composed of three small southwest facing 4-storey chalet-style buildings incorporating 41 apartments (with lifts).
Facilities: reception lounge and pool table (payable), small indoor heated pool, bread delivery service, laundry room (1 set/person included in the price, extra set payable) and ski lockers.
The residence has its own covered car park (1 car park included, subject to availability, max 1.90m high) and free Wi-Fi in reception area and apartments.
Free loan of cots and high chairs (subject to availability, state at time of booking), board games, irons, iron tables, is available from Reception.
All fully equipped apartments at Les Fermes de St Gervais are of a good standard and decorated in a sleek modern style. They have a living area with single divan bed and extra drawer bed, a fully equipped kitchen area with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker, a bathroom or a shower room with hairdryer and wc (separate in most apartments), TV in lounge and a balcony or terrace (except 2 bedroom alcove apartments).

Le Grand Panorama in Saint Gervais is ideally located right by the main gondola accessing the large Evasion ski area and about 800m from the bustling resort centre. The South-facing residence enjoys great views over Mont-Blanc and its chain of beautiful peaks.
3* Superior Residence Les Arolles is located in the quiet ‘Nerey d’En Haut’ area overlooking the village, 900m from the telecabine (3 minute drive), about 10 minutes walk from the village centre (c 1.3km, car strongly recommended) and it offers great views of the surrounding mountains.
This very comfortable chalet, a 150-year-old former shepherd’s dwelling lovingly restored by its British owners, enjoys an exceptional, quiet position on a wooded hillside above a small stream, just a slightly steep 400m walk up from the resort’s many shops and restaurants.
