Built for Winter 12/13 season in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood and stone, the new residence Les Chalets d'Emeraude is composed of five 3-floor chalets (with lifts).
It has a Reception lounge with pool table (payable), and enjoys a private indoor heated pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room (1 free session per apartment per week, then €39/apartment/6 sessions). Les Chalets d'Emeraude has its own covered car park (Winter 18/19 - payable £43/week), a laundry room (payable), a bread delivery service (payable), a fitness room, ski lockers and luggage room.
The loan of board games, fondue and raclette sets is available from Reception (subject to availability).
Les Chalets d’Emeraude comprises 106 fully equipped apartments of a high standard. They all have a living area with a double sofa bed (except in Studios) and TV, a fully equipped kitchen area with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave/grill, dishwasher (except in studios), coffee-maker, kettle and toaster, a bathroom, wc. All apartments have a balcony or terrace for ground floor apartments and wi-fi (€25/week for up to 3 devices, payable on site by credit card only).

The Résidence des Armaillis is a luxury residence built for winter 16-17, enjoying an ideal south facing location above Les Saisies, offering panoramic views of the resort, the Beaufortain Massif and the Mont Bisanne. The free resort ski bus stop is right outside the residence and you can ski back to within 50m of the residence on the Chenavelle piste.
This brand new 4-star residence, opening December 2018, enjoys possibly the best ski-in, ski-out location in the resort, enjoying an elevated position and affording wonderful mountain views, yet within 200 metres of the resort centre.
Le Village des Lapons 3* Superior residence is ideally located in a quiet area of Les Saisies, with easy access to the slopes, 300m from the ski school departure point and about 500m from the resort centre.
