Built in local style, the residence is a 4-storey building comprising apartments ranging from 1 to 4 bedroom apartments sleeping up to 10.
Guests at Le Nevez will enjoy free access to sauna, hot tub and small fitness area. For your convenience, the residence has a laundry room (payable) ski lockers and free WiFi at the Reception. Le Nevez has its own outdoor free car park and offers a breakfast service (€10/pp/day).
The loan of high chair, baby bath, changing mat, iron and ironing tables, fondue and raclette sets and board games is available from Reception (subject to availability, state at time of booking).
The apartments at Le Nevez are part of our Essentiels range. These bright apartments are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience. They have: living area with double sofa bed, bathroom or shower room, wc, fully equipped kitchen area with electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine and toaster. All apartments have a balcony. Internet access in the apartment is €16/device/week.
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (c 32m2): bedroom with double bed.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 48m2): bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds.
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c 65m2): bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed, bedroom bunk beds.
4 bedroom apartment sleeping 8-10 (c 90m2): 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

Refundable deposit €300, local tourist tax c €1.50/pp/day, end of stay cleaning on request or if apartment is not left in perfect order €65-€100 (depending of the size of the apartment), daily cleaning on request. Breakfast service €10/pp/day. Internet access in the apartment €16/device/week. To hire: bed linen + towels €17/pp/change, TV €42/week, cot €27/week. Pets welcome €42/stay each.
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with Free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates on a self-catering basis. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Zeebrugge or Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £240.
