This MGM built residence (1st generation) is composed of four 5-floor buildings (with lifts) comprising 45 apartments. Le Cristal d’Argentière enjoys:

The loan of hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, board games, fondue and raclette sets is available from Reception (subject to availability).
All apartments are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a single bed (except when specified otherwise), fully equipped kitchen area with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee-maker, kettle and toaster; bathroom or shower room and wc. All apartments have TV, telephone (payable) and an east or south-facing balcony. Some apartments have their own private sauna (€39/6 sessions, subject to availability, state at time of booking).
Apartment types:
Studio sleeping 2-3 (19m2): sofa bed sleeping 2, bunk beds (1.75m long) in living area. (Recommended for 3 pers. Max.- there is no single bed in the living area.)
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-3 (c 26m2): bedroom with double bed.
1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4 (c 30m2): bedroom with a double bed; alcove (separated from living area by curtain) with bunk beds. There is no single bed in the living area.
1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4-5 (c 35m2): bedroom with double bed and alcove (separated from living area by curtain) with bunk beds (1.75m long)
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-5 (c 40m2): bedroom with double bed and small bedroom with a double bed or bunk beds (1.75m long).
2 bedroom alcove or mezzanine apartment sleeping 6-7 (c 70m2): 2 bedrooms each sleeping 2 and alcove with bunk beds or mezzanine with 2 single beds (separated by a door or a curtain).
2 bedroom mezzanine or 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 7-8 (c 77m²): 2 bedrooms each sleeping 2, bathroom; mezzanine with living area with 2 single sofa-beds, bedroom sleeping 2 with bathroom; shower or bathroom. There is no single bed in the living area.
3 bedroom mezzanine sleeping 8 (c 156m²): bedroom with double bed; bedroom with double bed with ensuite shower room; bedroom with 2 single beds, mezzanine with 2 single beds; shower or bathroom. Extra wc. There is no single bed in the living area.

Le Cristal d’Argentière residence is located right in the centre of the village, close to the train station, 50m from the shuttle bus stop that takes you to the busy resort of Chamonix and the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car.

Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with Free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates on a self-catering basis. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Zeebrugge or Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £250.
