This brand new 4 star residence of 96 apartments, opening December 2018, enjoys a wonderfully convenient location, 400m from the resort centre and a 3-minute shuttle bus ride from the nearest lift and ski school meeting point (there is a bus stop outside the residence).
Facilities at the Clé des Cîmes include a reception, lounge, kids/teenagers clubs (4-10 years all season - pre-booking necessary; 11-17 years in French school holidays – free access), indoor heated pool, wellness area, Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, ski lockers and underground parking (supplement 55€/week).
A restaurant is planned. Free low-level WiFi in lounge and apartments. Bread/pastries delivery service (supplement).
Loan of board games, snowshoes, fondue and raclette kits.
Apartment sizes are from 1 bedroom apartments sleeping 4, to 4 bedroom apartments sleeping 10: all are spacious, light, well-appointed and tastefully furnished and decorated.
Premium type apartments (see below) enjoy the best location within the residence, are more spacious and have superior décor, layout and services (e.g. audio-visual equipment in the living area and main bedroom; superior balcony and lounge furniture; welcome kit; early check-in from 14:00; one entry per person included to the spa; one dedicated parking space (supplement payable) and heated ski locker with heated boot rack).
All the apartments have a living area with a double sofa bed and TV; fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave/grill, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker; bathroom with bath or shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer, separate WC.
Apartments with at least 3 bedrooms have a decorative fireplace in the lounge.

Prices include (2018/19):
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except for the pull-out bed in lounge and bunk beds) and towels (extra set €8), cleaning kit (extra set €10/kit), end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up). Entrance to the indoor heated swimming pool. Between 1 and 3 free entries to the wellness area (depending on the size of the apartment; 1 for 1 bed apartment; 2 for 2 bedroom; 3 for 3 or 4 bedroom).
To pay locally (2018/19):
Refundable deposit €300-€500 depending on the size of the apartment, local tourist tax c €1.65/pers/day (+13yrs, for guidance only). Kitchen area cleaning if not left in perfect order €40. Pets welcome €50/week (max 1/apt).
Early check-in: accommodation available from 12pm, instead of 5pm) 80€/apartment.
Please note that we have not yet been able to inspect these apartments, as the residence was not completed at the time of our visit. We were, however, impressed with the location and know the high standards employed from similar residences.
