Directly on site are local shops like a sports shop, bakery, supermarket, restaurants and the ESF office (French Ski School), and the centre of St François is 250m away (tourist office, cinema, discotheque).
The South-West facing residence is composed of small chalet-style buildings. Some buildings have an elevator.
Facilities at Les 4 Vallees include:
- A reception area with a children's corner (games and colouring books),
- An indoor heated pool (10mx5m), 2 saunas (payable),
- Laundry room (payable),
- Lifts,
- Ski lockers,
- Free Wi-Fi (in Reception area only, limited to 30mn/pers/day),
- Free outdoor parking or covered car park (max 2m, 1 car space per apartment, payable).
The apartments at Les 4 Vallées are part of our Essentiels range. They are fitted and furnished to a simple standard of comfort and convenience and living space will not be as spacious as some of our other accommodation. They have: living area with double sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen area with 2-4 ring hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and electric coffee-maker, a bathroom or shower room and separate wc. Apartments enjoy a furnished balcony or terrace and Wi-Fi (€20/week, to book in advance as some apartments do not have access).

1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (c 32m2): bedroom with 2 single beds (sometimes bunks)
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 35m2): bedroom sleeping 2 (double, twin or bunks), small bedroom with 2 single beds
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c. 45m2): bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds, bedroom with either 2 single beds or bunk beds, small bedroom (recommended only for children) with bunk beds, additional bathroom and sometimes additional wc.

- Refundable deposit €250,
- Local tourist tax c €1.65/pp/day (+18 yrs),
- End of stay cleaning if apartment is not left in perfect order €51-99 (excl kitchen area and washing-up),
- Beds made on arrival €22/bed (to pre-book),
- Private access to the sauna €8/ 20mins solo session or €12/ 20mins duo session,
- WiFi access €20/week/device,
- Covered car park (max height. 2m): €25 per car,
- To hire: bed linen €11/bed/change, towels €8.50/pers/kit/week (1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, 1 bath mat), cleaning kit €6,
- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) left in the accommodation: €5/stay. To be reserved at the same time as the accommodation and according to availability,
- Small pets welcome €49 (max 1/apt, anti-rabies certificate required).
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
