This recently built residence is composed of 3 chalets built in the traditional Savoy style using wood and stone, with just 26 apartments in total. The main 3-floor chalet (with lift) houses some apartments, the pool area and the covered car park.
Facilities at Les Balcons des Aiguilles include free access to the indoor heated pool (8.80m x 4.10m - open Sun-Fri 09.00-19:30) and hot tub, sauna and steam room (1 free session/apartment/week then €39/apartment/6 sessions), a reception with lounge, luggage room, ski lockers, bread delivery service (payable locally), laundry room (payable) and covered parking (Winter 18/19 - £43/week, state at time of booking).
The loan of raclette sets, board games, irons, ironing boards and hairdryers is available from Reception (subject to availability, baby equipment should be requested at time of booking).
The apartments are fitted and furnished to a good standard. The interiors are spacious and well designed. They all have a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen area with microwave/grill, 4-ring ceramic hob, coffee-maker and dishwasher, bathroom or shower room, wc. All apartments have TV, a balcony or terrace for ground floor apartments and wi-fi access €25/week for up to 3 devices (payable on site by credit card only).

Please note: Alcoves are usually not enclosed, have bunk beds and no window. For any apartments/chalets that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old.

Opening December 2020, this 4* luxury residence will be at the foot of the slopes and close to the village centre. The beginners covered carpet is right in front of the residence.
Les Hauts de Comborciere 3* residence is ideally located close to the slopes and only 100m from the centre of the resort.
