Le Jardin Alpin is a recently built 3* residence located in a prime position at the foot of the ski slopes in Les Esserts (1100m-pedestranised resort) amongst the shops and restaurants.

The residence is composed of two buildings (5 and 6 storeys, with lifts) comprising 50 apartments, ranging from 1 bedroom apartments sleeping 4 to spacious 4 bedroom apartments sleeping up to 10.

The apartments’ inviting interiors are tastefully appointed with a good standard of fittings and furnishings for comfort and convenience. All have a living area with a double sofa bed (B2 excluded, no sleeping in living area), a fully equipped kitchen area with a 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave (except in apartments B1, B7 and B9: microwave oven). Ski lockers. Please note there is a very limited number of spaces in the outdoor car park.


2 bedroom apartments

A21: 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 39m2): bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room/wc, bedroom with 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom/wc, separate wc. TV, mini hi-fi. North facing balcony, covered parking (subject to availability) – Located on the 3rd floor.

A32: 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 43m2): bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom/wc. TV, mini hi-fi. Balconies facing slopes and mountains (South-facing), 1 car space in underground car park – Located on the 4th floor.

B1: 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 47m2): Bedroom with 2 single beds, bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. Living area with TV and double sofa bed. Bathroom, separate wc. Kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, combination oven/microwave– Located on the ground floor. North-east facing. Covered parking (subject to availability).

Prices include (2018/19):

Fully equipped apartment, bed linen and towels (change payable locally), and end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen and washing up).

To pay locally (2018/19):

Refundable deposit €370 (apartments for 2 bedroom apartments) or 690 (apartments for 3 bedroom apartments), local tourist tax c. €0.75 /pers/day (+18yrs – Guiding fare). Pets not allowed.

Brilliant for families for dropping off at ski school, skiing for a few hours and coming back again and taking small children skiing afterwards. The lift operators were brilliant with small children, the pistes not crowded. We loved it so much we stayed 3 extra days. Jardin Alpin was good accommodation. B13 was bigger than A31 so more consistency in size would be better. B13 needs mattress covers too. A31 needs more storage space. Both need hairdriers. BUT ON THE WHOLE IT WAS BRILLIANT AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN. THANK YOU

This was a convenience last minute ski week with my eldest son, as he cannot join us for our 2 week ski trip over Easter. We normally take a 4 star apartment, but for the two of us Jardin Alpin was excellent..great value. Know the area well, usually stay in Les Carroz, Morillon a bit dead off season, but not a problem for the two of us.A few lights bulbs gone fut and a sink that did not hold water! Kitchen well kitted out and beds comfortable. Great hot water. Thank you.

Fantastic time had by all 4 families in the party. Accommodation bigger than any we've stayed in before. Friendly/ helpful staff. Marillon by far the best mountain/ resort, as Flaine busy and overskied. Kids enjoyed the pool and the sledging area close by. Flexi Plus an absolute must. Thanks for all your help to make it a memorable holiday.

Perfect location for family with young children as so close to 2 lifts. Bakery just below accommodation delicious goods and Sherpa supermarket very convenient and reasonable.
