As you can imagine, we are receiving an extremely high number of calls at the moment and some of our team are working from home, as per UK Government guidelines. The residence is composed of two buildings (5 and 6 storeys, with lifts) comprising 50 apartments.
The apartments’ inviting interiors are tastefully appointed with a good standard of fittings and furnishings for comfort and convenience. All have a living area with a double sofa bed (B2 excluded, no sleeping in living area), a fully equipped kitchen area with a 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave (except in apartments B1 and B9: combi-microwave oven). Ski lockers. Please note there is a very limited number of spaces in the outdoor car park.

2 bedroom apartments
A21: 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 39m2): bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room, bedroom with 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom/WC, separate WC. B9: 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-7 (c 47m2): bedroom with double bed; bedroom with 2 single beds and bunk bed sleeping 1 (NB: Bunk beds are not suitable for children under 6 year old), bathroom and separate WC; living room with double sofa bed, TV, kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven; north-facing; covered parking (subject to availability). Apartment located on the 2nd floor.
3 bedroom apartments
B2: 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6 (c 61m2): bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom/WC; bedroom with double bed; bedroom with 2 single beds; bathroom, separate WC. Lounge with sofa (not sofa bed), TV, HiFi. Kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. North facing balcony. Apartment located on the ground floor, 1 car parking space in underground car park (subject to availability).
B4: 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c 61m2): bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC; bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds (NB: bunk beds are not suitable for children under 6); bathroom, WC; living area with double sofa bed and mini-HiFi; kitchen with oven and microwave, fridge, ceramic hob and dishwasher; north facing balcony; parking (subject to availability). WiFi (not supported in the event of connection issues). Apartment located on the 1st floor.
A25: 3 bedroom split-level apartment sleeping 6-8 (c 63m2): bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom/WC, bedroom with 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom/WC, bedroom with 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom. Living area with double sofa bed and TV. Kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave. South facing balcony. Covered parking (subject to availability). Apartment located on the 3rd floor.

Situated in Morillon les Esserts (Morillon 1100m, pedestrianised resort), Le Buet is a 2* ski-in/ski-out residence (snow and level depending) and located just a snowball's throw from the resort centre and 50m from the nearest ski lift.
Ideally situated at the edge of Morillon Village, 4* chalet Les Marmottes is set amongst similar stylish chalets. The main gondola (200m away) and the village centre with its shops and restaurants are only a short walk away. Road access is very easy as there is no slope to climb.
Located in a prime position at the foot of the ski slopes in Les Esserts (Morillon 1100m, pedestrianised resort), this 4* residence is located just a stone's throw from the resort centre and 50m from the nearest ski lift. The mini-market, ski school meeting point, ski hire shop and lift passes are all within short walking distance.
Les Gelinottes is ideally located in a prime position 50m from the foot of the ski slopes, above the kindergarden in the pedestrianised resort of Morillon les Esserts. The shops and restaurants are within 150m.
Situated in the heart of Morillon village, within a short walking distance from the shops, 3* Hotel Le Morillon is a nice four storey large chalet (with lift) built in true Savoyard tradition. Its location is very convenient with the gondola giving access to the whole ski area just 200m away.
