Administration Team Leader / Product & Contracts Executive - Immediate

This varied and interesting role with Peak Retreats and Ski Collection comprises two main elements. 

ADMIN TEAM LEADER

We pride ourselves on our levels of customer service. Our expert team guides clients to their perfect ski holiday and we want that process to continue after clients book, with an expert, professional, personal approach throughout.

The admin team’s main role is to look after holiday documentation, book ski extras (lift passes, ski school etc.) for clients and ensure that all arrangements for clients’ holidays are booked correctly. They ensure the smooth processing of a client’s booking.

The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that the team are organised, on schedule in terms of producing holiday documentation and that any issues are resolved with logical, client-oriented solutions. The Admin Team Leader also liaises with suppliers when required, double checks all holiday documentation before it is sent to clients and checks that all ski extras have been booked correctly.

PRODUCT EXECUTIVE

The Product Executive provides support to our Product Manager. They are involved in the contracting of various ski extras including lift passes and ski lessons. They input prices from suppliers into our pricing spreadsheets. The Product Executive also ensures that product descriptions are accurate and that any changes are communicated to the relevant teams, liaising with suppliers where necessary.

  • Good communication skills - verbal and written

  • Open to challenges
  • Numerate, with experience of Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Previous experience in travel would be a clear advantage
  • A passion for travel and more specifically in skiing and snowboarding would be a bonus
