Administration Team Leader Vacancy - Immediate

The main responsibilities of the administration Team Leader will be ensuring a complete follow-up of the bookings once the client has confirmed their holiday. Working with the team to ensure all the holiday arrangements fall into place and to resolve issues before customers travel to guarantee a seamless and personalised service.

The role involves supervising and coordinating the small administration team in preparing documentation for clients, liaising with suppliers when required, checking all booking elements, preparing and sending travel documentation to clients. The role also involves providing support to the Product Manager in contracting relevant ski products, collecting prices and ensuring that product descriptions are highly accurate at all times.

Other duties may include dealing with prices, making website updates, preparing statistics, some inventory set-up in the system.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills - verbal and in writing
  • Able to work under pressure
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • A challenging and inquisitive attitude by nature
  • Numerate, with experience of working with technology, outlook, Excel & Word
  • Fluent in French and English
  • A previous experience in travel would be a clear advantage
  • A passion for travel and more specifically in skiing and snowboarding would be a bonus

Job type: 
Permanent, full-time

Hours: 
9.00-18.00 Monday to Friday. 
Occasionally some weekends during the highest peak periods. Lieu days are to be taken in agreement with your line manager.

Holiday: 
28 days pa (including 8 bank holidays)
