The residence is composed of a wooden-clad building (housing the 1 bedroom apartments) and 19 small wooden chalets (with larger apartments) within a mile of the lake and set amongst an interesting variety of trees.

Fully equipped apartment and bed linen (€12/extra set) and TV.
Pre-bookable (provisional):
- Hotel services: beds made on arrival (with mid-week bed linen change), towels (with mid-week change), mid-week cleaning (except washing-up and kitchen area) and end of stay cleaning (except washing-up and kitchen area) £37/pers/week.
To pay locally (provisional):
- Refundable deposit €300,
- Local tourist tax c €1.50/pers/day (+18yrs),
- End of stay cleaning on request from €60 depending on the size of the apartment,
- To hire: baby kit (high chair, cot & bath), towel set €8/pers, cleaning kit €6,
- Pets welcome €50/week each (max 1/apt).
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, in £s Sterling, including a DFDS return crossing with a car on Dover-Calais on a self-catering basis.
