Built in a chic and contemporary style, the residence offers a smart modern decor. It is divided in two sections: Le Goleon (13 apartments) and Val Ecrins (7 apartments).
The apartments interiors at Goleon Val Ecrins have been tastefully decorated to a high standard with wood much in evidence. They are fitted and furnished to a high standard of comfort and convenience.
They have: living area with comfortable sofas, LCD TV (only Fench channels) and DVD player, bathroom with hair-dryer, separate WC, fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, kettle and toaster. Balcony or terrace for ground floor apartments with sun loungers.
Ski lockers with heated boot rack. Free outdoor parking or payable covered parking (€30/car/week, max height 1.96m, subject to availability). Wi-Fi in the apartments (€25/week).
1 bedroom alcove sleeping 4 (c 44m2): bedroom with a double bed and small cabin bedroom with bunk beds.
2 bedroom alcove sleeping 6 (c 71m2): bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds and small cabin bedroom with bunk beds.

5 bedroom apartment sleeping 10 (110m2): 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, extra bathroom and extra wc.
For second week deduct £230 and then take an extra 20% off second week price (10% off third week)

Fully equipped apartment, bed linen, (beds made on arrival, extra set single bed €16/pers, double bed €20/pers), towels (extra set €12/pers), baby kit: cot + high chair available at the reception (to book in advance – subject to availability).
Refundable deposit €600, local tourist tax c €1.65/pers/day, end of stay cleaning on request €75-€170 (depending on the size of the apartment). Pets welcome €50/week each.
The reception residence and the spa centre will not be open this summer, please go to the DAV agency to get the keys to your apartment.

Located at the lower end of the resort’s main avenue and the foot of the Pied-Moutet mountainside, the newly built Alba is a short walking distance to the nearest shops and some of the 40 restaurants, bars, Olympic ice skating rink and swimming pool. The main cable car departure for the ski area is about 1km away. The stop for the free shuttle bus is right outside the residence.
Situated in the restaurant area, towards the end of the resort, Le Cortina is built in a chic contemporary style. The 15 apartments are ideally situated, in a lively area with many shops and restaurants close by.
Situated in the heart of the lively resort, Hotel Côte Brune is a traditional looking large chalet. The main gondola is only a very short walk away, so it could not be more convenient for both walkers and Summer skiers.
The residence Ours Blanc is located towards the end of the resort, close to the Venosc square. Shops and restaurants are within short walking distance. Built in typical mountain style, the 5 storey residence has been completely renovated for the winter 13/14 season and comprises 66 fully equipped apartments.
In a few words... The bright and airy apartments at Au Coeur des Ours are in a great location, the ski bus to the Jandri lift stops less than 50m away and the nearby boulangerie is perfect for your morning croissants.
These two identical luxury chalets are attached and staggered on the hillside. Located in a quite area, they are both south-west facing and offer superb panoramic views.
Chalet Jon is a superior stylish chalet located off the Place de Mont-de-Lans, within walking distance from the shops.
Chalet Monie is a superior chalet built in traditional style located in a quiet location, yet within 25m walking distance from the shops.
Chalet Mary is a luxurious stylish chalet located in a quiet area of the resort, within walking distance from the shops.
Chalet Le Pont is located at the end of the resort, overlooking the Veneon Valley, about 500m from the Jandri Express. The restaurants, bars and shops are all within short walking distance.
