This recently built small residence comprises two 3 and 4 storey buildings (with a lift) housing 28 apartments. There is a modern reception area on the ground floor as well as handy ski lockers for summer skiers (one per apartment) and a bike/luggage room.
There are a few shops nearby, including a boulangerie and mini-supermarket. More shops and restaurants are a short 3-8 minute walk away, dotted along the main Avenue de la Muzelle, and some offer take-away. The ski bus stops less than 50m away and takes you to the Jandri lift.
Au Coeur des Ours has garage spaces on the ground floor (Summer 2018 - max height 1.90m, €35/week, please advise at time of booking) as well as a free outdoor parking (free, subject to availability) and free Wi-Fi in Reception area and in the apartments (1 access).
All apartments at Au Coeur des Ours are spacious and fitted and furnished to a high standard with modern furnishings and décor. There is under floor heating as well as self regulated extra heating in each apartment. All apartments have an open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area with a large dining table. The lounge has a comfortable double sofa bed. The stylish modern fully equipped kitchen area has 4-ring ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave.
The apartments at Au Coeur des Ours have a modern bathroom with an enclosed shower and integrated washbasin with drawers and cabinets. There is also a separate WC. All apartments have a flat screen TV, and many have a balcony or terrace overlooking the resort and surrounding ski area or the ski slopes behind the residence.

Located at the lower end of the resort’s main avenue and the foot of the Pied-Moutet mountainside, the newly built Alba is a short walking distance to the nearest shops and some of the 40 restaurants, bars, Olympic ice skating rink and swimming pool. The main cable car departure for the ski area is about 1km away. The stop for the free shuttle bus is right outside the residence.
Situated in the restaurant area, towards the end of the resort, Le Cortina is a newly built luxury residence, built in a chic contemporary style. The apartments are ideally situated, in a lively area with many shops and restaurants close by.
Situated in the heart of the lively resort, Hotel Côte Brune is a traditional looking large chalet. The main gondola is only a very short walk away, so it could not be more convenient for both walkers and Summer skiers.
Located at the entrance of the resort in the quiet Petit Plan area, the newly built Goleon Val Ecrins is within walking distance (300m) from the nearest shops and restaurants.
The residence Ours Blanc is located towards the end of the resort, close to the Venosc square. Shops and restaurants are within short walking distance. Built in typical mountain style, the 5 storey residence has been completely renovated for the winter 13/14 season and comprises 66 fully equipped apartments.
These two identical luxury chalets are attached and staggered on the hillside. Located in a quite area, they are both south-west facing and offer superb panoramic views.
Chalet Jon is a superior stylish chalet located off the Place de Mont-de-Lans, within walking distance from the shops.
Chalet Monie is a superior chalet built in traditional style located in a quiet location, yet within 25m walking distance from the shops.
Chalet Mary is a luxurious stylish chalet located in a quiet area of the resort, within walking distance from the shops.
Chalet Le Pont is located at the end of the resort, overlooking the Veneon Valley, about 500m from the Jandri Express. The restaurants, bars and shops are all within short walking distance.
