Built in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood and stone, the residence is composed of three small 4 storey chalet style buildings incorporating 41 apartments (with lifts).
Facilities: reception lounge with open fireplace and pool table (payable), small indoor heated pool, steam room, bread delivery service and laundry room (payable). The residence has its own covered parking (1 per apartment booked, at no supplement, max 1.90m high) and Wi-Fi in the reception area and the apartments.
The loan of cots and high chairs, iron and ironing board (subject to availability, state at time of booking), raclette sets (€5/set/day) is available from Reception.
All fully equipped apartments at Les Fermes de St Gervais are of a high standard and decorated in a sleek modern style. They have a living area with a single sofa bed and an extra single drawer bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker, a bathroom with wc (sometimes separate), TV in lounge and a balcony or terrace.
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (c 34m2): bedroom with 2 single beds (can be pushed together to make a double).
1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 34m2): bedroom with 2 single beds and alcove with bunk beds.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 40m2): 2 bedrooms either with a double bed with 2 single beds.
2 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 8 (50m2): 2 bedrooms each sleeping 2, alcove with bunk beds. May be duplex.
