Built by the acclaimed mountain architects MGM in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood, the residence is composed of three 5-storey chalets (with lifts). It enjoys a private indoor heated swimming-pool (closed on Saturday morning), a lounge with open fireplace and wireless internet access (€24.90/week), a fitness room, sauna and steam room (1 free session per apartment per week, then €8/ session/apartment) and a pool table (payable). The residence has its own underground parking (£26/car/week payable at time of booking, subject to availability) and bread delivery service (payable). The loan of board games, fondue and raclette sets is available from Reception (subject to availability).
Le Village des Lapons comprises 68 fully equipped apartments of a good standard. All apartments are fairly compact and decorated in traditional rustic style. They have a living area with a single sofa bed with an extra single drawer bed (no extra drawer bed for the 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-5, no sleeping arrangement in living area for the mezzanine apartment sleeping 6), fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, multifunctional microwave, toaster and electric coffee-maker, bathroom with bath or shower and wc. All apartments have TV and a balcony. Please note all bunk beds are 1.80m long and may therefore not be suitable for most adults.
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 4 (c 30m2): bedroom with 2 single beds.
1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 6 (c 35m2): bedroom with 2 single beds and enclosed alcove with bunk beds (1.80m long) - except for 2 apartments which have a mezzanine sleeping 2.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-5 (c 35m2): bedroom with 2 single beds and a small cabin bedroom with 2 single beds (sometimes bunks 1.80m long).
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 40m2): 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (one slightly smaller than the other). Most have an extra shower room. 2 apartments have a mezzanine sleeping 2 instead of a smaller bedroom.
2 bedroom mezzanine apartment sleeping 6 (c 50m2): 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (sometimes upstairs), mezzanine with 2 single beds and extra shower.
4 bedroom duplex sleeping 8 (c 65m2): 4 bedrooms each sleeping 2 with double beds or 2 single beds. (Apartment on 2 levels).

Refundable deposit €400, local tourist tax c €2.50/pers/day, end of stay cleaning if apartment is not left in perfect order €39-€59. Pets welcome €39/week each (max 2/apt). To hire: cot €15/stay, high chair €15/stay or baby kit (cot + high chair) 25€/week (all subject to availability, state at time of booking).

The Chalets d’Emeraude residence is located 600m from the resort centre. Built for Winter 12/13 season in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood and stone, the recently built residence is composed of five 4 storey chalets (with lifts).
