Les Chalets d’Emeraude has a Reception lounge with pool table (payable) and enjoys a private indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room (1 free session per apartment per week, then €8/session/apartment) and fitness room. The residence has its own covered car park (payable £26/week), laundry room (payable) and luggage room.
The loan of board games, raclette and fondue sets, iron and ironing board is available from Reception (subject to availability).
Les Chalets d’Emeraude comprises 106 fully equipped apartments of a high standard. They all have a living area sleeping 2, TV, a fully equipped kitchen area with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave/grill, dishwasher (except in Studios), electric coffee-maker, kettle and toaster, a bathroom, wc and balcony or terrace for ground floor apartments. There is a WiFi access in apartments (payable - €24.90/week).
Studio sleeping 2 (24/32m2): 2 single beds and 2 armchairs (no sofa bed)
1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (35/42m2): bedroom with 2 single beds
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 50m2): bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with 2 single beds or bunk beds and extra shower room. Some apartments are under the eaves and have bunk beds in small bedroom.
2 bedroom alcove or 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (58/63m2): bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, alcove with bunk beds or small bedroom with 2 single beds. Extra shower room. Some apartments are under the eaves.
For second week deduct £230 and then take an extra 25% off. For third week deduct £230 and then take an extra 30% off.
