Built in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood and stone, Les Chalets du Galibier is composed of two residences of five large chalet-style buildings each (with lifts). They comprise fully equipped apartments of a good standard.
Facilities include a reception, 2 indoor heated swimming pools (closed on Saturdays), sauna and steam room Summer 2018 - 1 free session per apartment per week, then €8/session/apartment or €39/6 sessions), a lounge with open fire, pool table (payable) and tea-making facility.
The residence has a left luggage room, a laundry room (payable), free outdoor parking (limited spaces) and its own covered parking (£26/car/week payable at time of booking, subject to availability) and Wi-Fi in the in the apartments (€24.90/week).
The loan of hairdryers, board games, irons, raclette and fondue sets is available from Reception (subject to availability).
The apartments at Les Chalets du Galibier are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience. They have: living area with single sofa bed and extra single drawer bed, bathroom or shower room, WC, fully equipped kitchen area with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave/grill, kettle, toaster and electric coffee maker. All apartments have cable TV, telephone (payable) and enjoy a balcony with pleasant views over the surrounding mountains.

The residence Vallee d’Or overlooks Valloire and offers magnificent views over the village and surrounding mountains. As it is located uphill less than a mile from the village centre, we strongly recommend a car. Vallee d’Or is close to Les Valmonts.
Situated in one of Valloire's loveliest hamlets (Les Verneys), only two minutes' drive from the centre of the village, Les Fermes du Planet is set amongst a few other detached houses.
