Le Clos Vanoise
Accommodation is in 2 chalets at Clos Vanoise, both designed and built in the local style with extensive use of wood and stone. One of the chalets has a reception area, where loan can be arranged of board games, hairdryers and ironing board; there is also a lounge with fireplace and WiFi, sauna (15€ for half an hour – 1-4 persons), a restaurant offering local specialities, one free car parking space per apartment (subject to availability, €15/extra car) and bike storage.
The apartments at Clos Vanoise are well appointed and fully furnished. The décor is traditional and makes extensive use of quality solid pine furniture. They have: living area with TV, double sofa bed, bathroom with bath and WC (separate except for some of the bedrooms), fully equipped kitchen area with electric hobs, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge; balcony or terrace.

1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4-6 (41m2): bedroom with double bed, enclosed alcove with bunk beds.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (50m2): bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds.
2 bedroom duplex apartment sleeping 6-8 (70m2): bedroom with double bed, mezzanine floor with 2 single beds and bedroom with bunk beds. Shower room with additional WC.
This great value residence enjoys an ideal, quiet location in the traditional, sleepy Maurienne village of Bessans, in an elevated position just 200m from the village centre, with a fine view to the surrounding mountains.

Refundable deposit 300€, local tourist tax €1.20/pers/day (+18yrs). To hire: bed linen €12 per single bed, €14.50 per double, bath towel €6, towel €4, tea towel €2, baby kit (cot and high chair) €20, end of stay cleaning on request €60-80.
Hotel Services (2019):
(Pre-bookable): beds made on arrival, towels and tea towels, both changed mid-week €29/pers/week.
