It is extremely spacious with 280m2 of floor space.
You can use the facilities at the Neige et Roc hotel (located in the centre of Samoens) - indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room, hot tub, tennis court and children's play area - free of charge. Massages are available at the hotel and payable locally.
The large 50m2 split-level lounge area has comfortable seating, a stunning real fire central fireplace, a feature glass-top sleigh coffee table, Satellite TV, DVD player and HiFi. There is a sofa bed sleeping 2 people as well. The high wooden ceilings add to the palatial feel.
The sizeable kitchen area is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric coffee maker, fondue, a modern range cooker with 2 electric hotplates, 2 gas burners and 1 gas hotplate, plus a dishwasher. There is also a dining room with large solid wood square table seating up to 14 people.
There is a storage room and a laundry room with a washing machine plus tumble dryer. The garden area is a sizeable 1500m2 and the chalet has parking for 6 cars.
