The residence is very popular with families in both summer winter seasons. There is a car park next to the residence.

The interior has been tastefully decorated throughout and floor space is more generous than found in most alpine accommodation. Furnishings and fittings are of a high quality and the apartment is well appointed. The fully equipped kitchen area has antique wood units and country-style ceramic tiles, 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and full-size oven.
The living area has a double sofa bed, flat screen TV and DVD player (with full Sky+ package inc. sports and movies). Bath/shower room, separate wc.
