Built in typical Savoyard style, this timber-clad chalet offers great style and comfort. It has a sunny south-facing balcony, a spacious terrace and a covered BBQ area.
Arranged over three floors, the inviting interior featuring exposed timber and extensive use of bright pinewood all give this modern property a charming authentic feel. All the fittings and equipment are of a very high standard, from the tastefully chosen furnishings and fabrics to the kitchen equipment. Free WiFi is available.
The very bright and spacious dining/living room has a wood burner, large comfortable sofas, a satellite TV and DVD player, and access to a good-size terrace. The impressive modern American-style kitchen is particularly well equipped with fridge/freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, double-oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker and raclette set. Washing machine and dryer.
There is a garage for one car, ample parking outside and the chalet has its own sizeable grounds. For the comfort of all guests, the chalet is strictly non-smoking and there is underfloor heating with added electric radiators.
The chalet sleeps 12 comfortably in five upstairs bedrooms all on the first floor.
