There is a free covered car park (one space per car included, except for the 12 person apartment – 2 spaces; additional spaces available on request, subject to availability and at a supplement of 50€/week), leisure centre open 9.00 – 22:00, including pool and sauna (open to residents only); laundry room (payable).

The apartments at les Cîmes are very well appointed and tastefully decorated in contemporary style. They have a lounge with double sofa bed (except for Duplex apartments), TV and telephone; fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven and microwave oven; fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster; bathroom with heated towel rail and WC. All apartments have wifi and a south facing balcony/terrace.

5 bedroom Prestige apartment sleeping 10-12 (126m2): 2 bedrooms with a double bed and ensuite bathroom; 1 ensuite bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible to doubles, on request) and ensuite bathroom; 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and ensuite bathroom; fireplace; 2 additional WCs. Open fire in lounge. VIP welcome. Top floor (loft level). A south facing terrace of 34m² overlooking the mountains and the village of La Clusaz.

Les Grandes Alpes is a recently built 4-star residence located a short walk down to the village centre. As it overlooks the village, it benefits from breathtaking views of the village and mountains.
