Chalet Les Marmottons is a Directors' Choice residence.
Les Marmottons is a luxury residence, located in the Chavonnes part of La Rosière Centre (where there are a few shops, bars, restaurants and a mini-market), in the upper part of the resort. It's just 400m from the slopes, main chairlift and ESF meeting point and 300m from the centre of the resort. There are magnificent views from the south/south-west apartments.
Les Marmottons is composed of two traditional-style chalets incorporating 33 luxurious apartments combining traditional Savoyard architecture with high-standard, modern facilities.
Facilities at Chalet Les Marmottons include:

The loan of cots, high chairs, changing mats, socket guards and bottle warmer (all subject to availability, max 1 of each per apartment; state at time of booking), board games, fondue and raclette sets are available from Reception.
All the stylish apartments are fitted and furnished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a pull-out sofa bed sleeping 2, a fully equipped kitchen area with a multi-function oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, mixer, steamer and toaster; bathroom with towel dryer, hairdryer and WC. All apartments have satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free for first device, subsequent devices) and a balcony.
The majority of the apartments in Chalet Les Marmottons offer stunning south/southwest facing views of Les Arcs on one side and the Tignes Valley to the east. You will enjoy direct access to the fabulous Franco-Italian ski area, the Espace San Bernardo.

Prices include (provisional):
Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival except sofa bed in lounge), towels, tea towel, cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (excl kitchen area and washing up).
To pay locally (provisional):
- Refundable deposit €400,
- Local tourist tax c.€2.30/pp/day (over 18yrs),
- End of stay cleaning including kitchen and dishes (price to be requested at reception),
- To hire: extra towel set €12, bathrobe €9, extra cleaning kit €8,
- Underground car parking €70/week/car is subject to availability so request at time of booking, max height 1.80m,
- Pets welcome €75/stay (max 1/apt) on presentation of the anti-rabies certificate, request at time of booking. New for 23/24: dog welcome kit in apartments (dog bowl, chew bone, toy and poop bags).
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates. Other routes and operators available (including P&O routes from Hull to Rotterdam plus Brittany Ferries route from Portsmouth to Caen). Accommodation only deduct £420.
