Peak Retreats, the leading French Alps specialist, is looking to recruit a Sales & Reservations Consultant.
Peak Retreats features over 75 ski resorts in France. Sales & Reservations Consultant
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Reservations, your role will be planning and organising clients' trips covering everything from accommodation and transport to lift passes and ski school. This is an exciting opportunity for a good communicator with a passion for travel who is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
The role involves dealing accurately, effectively and professionally with telephone, online chat and email enquiries from clients; advising clients on the best accommodation/resort for their party, sending out detailed quotes in response to enquiries, making reservations on our dedicated system, liaising with suppliers and managing client follow up.
Peak Retreats is renowned for its excellent customer service and therefore providing the highest standard of advice, care and support to our clients is an essential aspect of the role. To support this, you would also be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge for all our destinations and featured accommodation. Other duties, as discussed and agreed with a Manager, may include dealing with prices, making website updates, assisting with training new staff, sending out brochures and various literature.

- A passion for travel and more particularly skiing and snowboarding
- Previous experience of the travel industry in a travel reservations environment
- French language skills
Full training will be provided, including resort visits to France.
