La Fedora
La Fedora is located only 50m from the
pedestrianised area and offers great views
towards the ‘Pic Blanc’ summit. The
residence is an old mountain house which has
recently been entirely renovated. It comprises
six spacious apartments.
La Fedora offers free access to the
sauna for all residence guests. It has
free outdoor parking and a free covered car
park just opposite.
All apartments at La Fedora are fitted and
furnished to a very good standard of comfort
and convenience. They have: living area with
double sofa bed,bathroom, separate WC, fully
equipped kitchenette withelectric hob, oven,
fridge, dishwasher and microwave. All apartments have
access to a small laundry room, a TV and enjoy
a South-facing balcony.
2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6(c
60m2):bedroom with a double bed,
bedroom with 2 single bedsand open fire. Lower
ground, ground or first floors.
2 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping
6-8(c 68m2): bedroom with a
double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds and
alcove with bunk beds. First or second floor.
3 bedroom apartment sleeping 8-10 (c
120m2): bedroom with king-size bed,
2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds, extra
shower room, extra WC and open fire. Top floor.
Prices include: fully equipped apartment
and bed linen.
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€500, end of stay cleaning if apartment is
not left in perfect order €100. To
hire: towels €5.50/pers, baby kit
(cot, high chair & bath) €25/stay,
cleaning kit €6. ‘Cosy’ Hotel
Services including beds made on arrival and
towels €16/pers. Pets welcome
€30/week each.
