Les Valmonts

Les Valmonts is ideally located for both skiers and non-skiers alike: only 50m from the pedestrianised area and all its après-ski and less than 50m from the resort escalator which leads directly to the main lift station (300m away).  The shops, mini-market, boulangerie, restaurants, bars and ice-rink are all within short walking distance.

Built for winter 07/08, the brand new residence is composed of a large 4 storey chalet built in traditional alpine style. The residence has a reception area, a left-luggage room, a laundry room (payable) and ski lockers. Sauna and steam room (each payable €10/20 mins each). The resort underground car park is just underneath the residence.

The apartments at Les Valmonts are fitted and furnished to a good but simple standard of comfort and convenience. They have a fully equipped kitchenette with electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee-maker, a living area with a double pull-out bed, TV and a bathroom with bath (3 apartments have shower) with wc (separate for larger apartments). Most apartments have a balcony or terrace with superb views over the surrounding peaks.

1 bedroom apartment sleeping 4(c 35m²): bedroom sleeping 2 (most apartments have a double bed)

1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 6 (c 40m²): bedroom sleeping 2 (most apartments have a double bed), alcove with 2 single beds or bunks.

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 6(c 50m²): 2 bedrooms each sleeping 2 (most apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds).

Prices include: fully equipped apartment and bed linen.

To pay locally: refundable deposit €300, local tourist tax, end of stay cleaning €45-€80. To hire: towels €8/pers, cot €16/week, cleaning kit €9. Pets welcome €35/week (max 1/apt).
