La Cascade
The residence La Cascade enjoys an ideal
location: a short walk from the centre of the
resort for non-skiers and après-ski, it
is also perfect for ski enthusiasts as it is
just at the foot of the cable car giving access
to the whole ski domain. It offers magnificent
views towards the ‘Pic Blanc’
summit.
Built in typical mountain style very recently
(for 2003/04 season), La Cascade is a 3-5
storey residence comprises 15 fully equipped
spacious apartments of a high standard.
Facilities: reception, lounge, games
rooms, free outdoor parking (limited spaces) in
front of the residence or free resort covered
parking just below the residence.
La Cascade is equipped with all modern
amenities, ski lockers on the ground floor and
a lift. For your comfort, we can arrange
‘Cosy’ hotel services including
beds made on arrival and towels £13/pers
(state at time of booking). There is a
launderette 100m away.
All apartments at La Cascade are fitted and
furnished to a very good standard of comfort
and convenience.
They have: living area with double sofa bed,
bathroom, separate wc, fully equipped kitchen
with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher,
combination oven/microwave. All apartments have
a south facing balcony.

2 bedroom apartment
sleeping 7 (c
66m2): 2 bedrooms each with either a
double bed or 2 single beds, an extra single
bed in either the lounge or one of the
bedrooms.
2 bedroom alcove apartment

6-8 (c 70m2): bedroom with
either a double bed or 2 single beds, small
bedroom with bunks, alcove with bunks (one
single apartment has only one bedroom which has
2 sets of bunks plus a drawer bed and then the
alcove with bunks)
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen (extra set €10)
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€300, end of stay cleaning on request
€52-67 (depending on the size of the
apartment). To hire: towels €5.50,
TV €50, baby kit (cot, high chair, bath)
€25, cleaning kit €6.
