The residence Vallee d’Or
overlooks Valloire and offers magnificent
views over the village and surrounding
mountains. As it is located uphill about a mile
from the village centre, we strongly recommend
a car. Vallee d’Or is close to Les
Valmonts.
Built in typical mountain style with extensive
use of wood and stone, this complex is composed
of 20 apartments which are spread over 4
chalets. The apartments’ interiors have
been tastefully decorated, have remarkable and
uninterrupted views and the residence has lots
to offer for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Built for the summer 2004 season in typical
mountain style, the residence is composed of
seven 5 storey buildings. The apartments’

and enjoyable holiday. Facilities include a
reception, an indoor/outdoor heated
swimming-pool, sauna and Jacuzzi (payable
€6/20 mins/person each) free outdoor
parking (limited spaces) or covered car park
(payable €45/week), laundry room
(payable). The residence is equipped with all
modern amenities. For your comfort, we can
arrange ‘Cosy’ hotel services
including beds made on arrival and towels
£16/single bed or £19/double bed.
The loan of board games, raclette and fondue
sets, ovens and barbecues is available on
request at Reception (subject to availability).
All apartments at Vallee d’Or are fitted
and furnished to a very good standard of
comfort and convenience.
They have: living area with double pull-out bed
and TV, bathroom, wc (often separate), fully
equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob,fridge,
dishwasherand microwave/grill. All apartments
have a balcony.

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6
(40/48m2): bedroom with a double
bed, bedroom with 2 single beds or bunk beds,
extra shower room. May be duplex

(50/58m2): 2 bedrooms each with a
double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds or bunk
beds, extra shower room.
Prices include: fully equipped apartment
and bed linen (extra set €10/bed).
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€300, end of stay cleaning on request
€52-€67depending on the size of the
apartment. To hire: towels
€5.50/pers, TV €50/week, baby kit
(cot, high chair & bath) €25/stay,
cleaning kit €6. Pets welcome
€35/stay each (max 1/apt).
