Les Balcons
Les Balcons is extremely well situated at the
end of Lanslevillard village with just fields
and mountains behind it. The centre of 'Les
Terres Grasses' and its shops, restaurants and
mini-supermarket is just 80m away. Guests at
Les Balcons are given a reduction card for the
'Centre des Glières' with swimming pool,
ice rink and other facilities, just 2 minutes
away.
Opened in winter 2000 and constructed of local
timber and stone, Les Balcons has an attractive
Alpine style. The inviting interior has been
tastefully arranged with furnishings of a very
high standard: wooden doors, rustic wall
hangings, tiled floor, Savoyard-style solid
wood furniture. Floor space is also more
generous than found in most Alpine units.
Many apartments at Les Balcons offer wonderful
and uncluttered views of the Parc National de
la Vanoise or the surrounding peaks.
The perfect choice for those who seek a village
atmosphere, without foregoing any of the
comfort and amenities that are essential for a
successful alpine holiday.

All apartments at Les Balcons are fitted and
furnished to a very good standard of comfort
and convenience.
They have: living area with sofa and double
pull-out sofa bed, bathroom with bath, separate
wc, fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring
ceramics hobs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher,
microwave-grill, coffee-maker, satellite TV,
telephone with direct line on request. Most
have a balcony. Loans of cots and high chairs.

72m2): 2 bedrooms each with 2 single
beds, 2 smaller bedrooms each with 2 single
beds (no window), extra bathroom + shower room
and WC and a double pull-out bed in the living
area.

12-14(c 98m2): 2 bedrooms each
with 2 single beds and alcove with bunk beds.
