Les Balcons en Haut
Les Balcons en Haut is is situated at
the end of Lanslevillard village with just
fields and mountains behind it. Its location
could not be more convenient for the slopes
with the ‘Val Cenis du Haut’
gondola and the end of the green Les Terres
Grasses piste only 100m away. The centre of
‘Les Terres Grasses’ with its few
shops, restaurants and mini-supermarket is just
80m away. Free access to the leisure centre
‘Centre des
Glières’(including
swimming-pool, ice-rink and fitness room)
located a short 5 minute walk away.
Opened in winter 2000 and constructed of local
timber and stone, Les Balcons has an attractive
Alpine style. The apartments' interior has been
tastefully arranged with furnishings of a very
good standard: wood doors, rustic wall
hangings, tiled floor, Savoyard-style solid
wood furniture. Floor space is also more
generous than that found in most Alpine units.
Many apartments at Les Balcons offer
uncluttered views of the Parc National de la
Vanoise or the surrounding peaks.
The perfect choice for those who seek a village
atmosphere, without foregoing any of the
comfort and amenities that are essential for a
successful skiing holiday.

height 2.05m), free access to sauna + fitness
room, ski locker, a convenient luggage room
with adjoining wc and showers for those
arriving early or leaving later.
Loan of cots and high chairs (subject to
availability, state at time of booking), bread
delivery service.
All apartments at Les Balcons are fitted and
furnished to a very good standard of comfort
and convenience.
They have: living area with sofa and double
pull-out sofa bed, bathroom with bath, separate
wc, fully equipped kitchenette with 4 ring
ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, coffee-maker, satellite TV,
telephone with direct line on request. Most
have a balcony.

(c 36m2): bedroom with two single
beds. Cabin area with 2 single beds.
2 Bedroom Split Level Apartment sleeping
4-7 (c 49m2): bedroom with two
single beds. Upstairs bedroom with three single
beds.
4 bedroom apartment sleeping 8-11(c
72m2): 4 twin bedrooms, extra single
divan bed in living area, 1 extra
bathroom, 1 extra shower room and
extra wc.
4 Bedroom Alcove Duplex Apartment sleeping
10-15 (c 98m2): 2 twin bedrooms,
alcove with 2 single beds, bathroom with bath,
bathroom with shower and extra wc on ground
floor. 2 bedrooms each with 3 single beds on
the first floor. Full cooker oven.
Prices include: fully equipped
apartment, bed linen, towels (extra set
€5/pers).
To pay locally: refundable deposit
€460, local tourist tax c.
€0.80/pers/day, end of stay cleaning on
request from €46 (daily cleaning also on
request). Pets welcome from €46/week each.
