Situated on a South-West slope, just above the
village centre of Tignes les Brevieres, Les
Brévières is part of a group of 8
similar stylish chalets. Enjoying great views
over the valley and the Brévières
lake from its balconies, the chalet is about
450m from the lifts and slopes. New for
winter 09-10, a new green slope passes close to
the chalet that takes you down to the main
lift. For beginners/children there is a rope
tow.
The comfortable chalet was completed in 2000.
Designed in typical Savoyard style, it has the
character of a traditional property with wood
and stone much in evidence and high vaulted
beamed ceilings.
Arranged over three floors, the chalet sleeps
14 comfortably in 6 twin bedrooms (one with its
own en-suite bathroom, two with en-suite shower
rooms) and a mezzanine off one of the bedrooms
with 2 single beds.
The partly stone-clad lounge has comfortable
sofas, stone fireplace, satellite TV and hi-fi.
In addition to the en-suite bathrooms there is
a separate shower room and 3 separate wcs.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. The
chalet has under-floor heating in the lounge
and individual electric radiators in the
bedrooms and bathrooms.
An English speaking manager is on site daily to
ensure that you have an enjoyable stay.
Bed linen and end of stay cleaning (except
washing-up and kitchen area) are included.
Refundable breakage deposit €300. To
pay locally: local tourist tax c
€0.70/pers/day, towel set €10/pers,
tea towel set €2, wood for open fire
€8. Pets welcome €15/week each.
