Les Balcons de la Vanoise
Les Balcons de la Vanoise enjoys an
ideal location, a short walk from the centre of
the resort. Located in a quiet area, it offers
magnificent views towards the Vanoise National
Park.
Built for the Winter 2005 season in mountain
style, the 4 storey residence comprises 82
fully equipped apartments. Facilities:
reception, free outdoor car park (limited
spaces) or covered parking (€25/week,
subject to availability, max 2m, limited
availability).
All apartments at Les Balcons de la Vanoise are
fitted and furnished to a good standard of
comfort and convenience. They have: living area
with double sofa bed, bathroom (shower room for
apartments sleeping 4-5 people), separate wc
(except for apartments sleeping 4-5), fully
equipped kitchenette with electric hob, fridge,
dishwasher and microwave.
All apartments have a balcony or terrace.
Please note that single beds in bedrooms can
be pushed together to make a king size bed.

€52 (excl washing up - compulsory and
deducted from deposit if apartment is not left
in perfect order).To hire: bed linen
€8/single bed, €12/double bed, towel
€3, tea towel €2, TV
€35/week,cot €12/week and high chair
€5/week (subject to availability, state at
time of booking), sun lounger €3/week.
Pets welcome €38/week each (state at time
of booking).
