The residence Les Balcons de la Vanoise enjoys an ideal location: a short walk from the centre of the resort for non-skiers and après-ski, it is also perfect for ski enthusiasts as it is right at the foot of theslopes. Located in a quiet area, it offers magnificent views towards the Vanoise National Park.

Built for the Winter 2005 season in mountain style, the 4 storey residence comprises 82 fully equipped apartments.

Facilities: reception,free outdoor parking (limited spaces)or covered parking (€25/week, subject to availability) and ski lockers.

All apartments at Les Balcons de la Vanoise are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience.

They have: living area with double sofa bed, bathroom (shower room for apartments sleeping 4-5 people), separate wc (except for apartments sleeping 4-5), fully equipped kitchenette with electric hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. All apartments have a balcony or terrace. Please note that single beds in bedrooms can be pushed together to make a king size bed.

1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4-5 (c 28m²): bedroom with 2 single beds, alcove with a single bed

1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 30m²): bedroom with 2 single beds, alcove with bunk beds

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 32m²): bedroom with 2 single beds, small cabin bedroom (off living area) with bunk beds

3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6-8 (c 42m²): bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms each with bunk beds

Prices include: fully equipped apartment

To pay locally: refundable deposit €250, local tourist tax €0.30/adult/day, €0.20/child under 10/day, end of stay cleaning on request €52-100 (excl washing up - compulsory and deducted from deposit if apartment is not left in perfect order).To hire:bed linen €8/single bed, €12/double bed, towel €3, tea towel €2, TV €35/week,cot €12/week and high chair €5/week (subject to availability, state at time of booking), sun lounger €3/week. Pets welcome €38/week each (state at time of booking).
