The residence has its own private parking (payable locally €24/car/week), lifts, a self-service laundry room (payable), breakfast delivery service (payable) and free internet access at reception.

All apartments at Les Valmonts are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience. They have: a living area with a double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchenette with a 4-ring electric hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom with bath or shower, separate WC. Balcony.

1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (c 30/34m2): bedroom with two single beds.

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (38/43m2): bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, cabin bedroom with either 2 single beds or double pull-out bed.

2 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 6-8 (50-60m2): 2 bedrooms each with either a double or 2 single beds, alcove with bunk beds. Most have an extra bathroom/wc.

Refundable deposit €260, local tourist tax c €0.55/pers/day, end of stay cleaning if apartment is not left in perfect order or on request €56-€140 according to type of accommodation.
To hire: bed linen €8/pers/week, towel set (bath + hand towel, bath mat) €10/pers/week, cot + high chair €29/week, TV €29/week, cleaning kit €6. Mid-week cleaning €29-€34. Pets welcome €25/week each.
