Built for the Winter 2005 season in mountain style, the 4 storey residence comprises 82 fully equipped apartments. Facilities: reception with Wi-Fi (€30/week), free outdoor car park (limited spaces) or covered parking (€25/week, subject to availability, max 2m, limited availability).

All apartments at Les Balcons de la Vanoise are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience. They have: living area with double sofa bed, bathroom (shower room for apartments sleeping 4-5 people), separate wc (except for apartments sleeping 4-5), fully equipped kitchen area with electric hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
All apartments have a balcony or terrace. Please note that single beds in bedrooms can be pushed together to make a king size bed.

1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 30m2): bedroom with 2 single beds, alcove with bunk beds

To pay locally:

Refundable deposit €250, local tourist tax €0.50/pers/day, end of stay cleaning on request €55 (excl washing up - compulsory and deducted from deposit if apartment is not left in perfect order). To hire: bed linen €5/single bed, €8/double bed, towel €3, tea towel €3, TV €39/week, cot €12/week and high chair €6/week (subject to availability, state at time of booking), sun lounger €3/week. Pets welcome €39/week each (state at time of booking).
