Built in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood, the residence is composed of 20 south facing two-storey chalets each housing 6 apartments. It comprises of a fully equipped apartments of a good standard ranging from studios to spacious three bedroom apartments sleeping up to 8 people.

Les Marmottes has a spacious reception area and billiard table (payable). The residence boasts an outdoor heated swimming-pool with sun terrace and Jacuzzi (payable €6/pers/20 mins session, including loan of bathrobe and slippers). Free outdoor parking (1 car space per apartment). Picnic tables with barbecue within the grounds of the residence. There are a number of restaurants, a pub, a launderette (payable), a mini-market, cinema and sports shops 100m from the residence.

The apartments at Les Marmottes are fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience.

They have: living area with a double pull-out bed (making up 2 single beds) fully equipped kitchen area with 4-ring hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave or grill, toaster, electric coffee-maker, a bathroom or shower room with wc. All apartments enjoy a balcony (terrace for ground floor apartments). Wireless internet access in the apartments (payable €20/week).

To hire: bed linen €10/bed, towels €6/kit (1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, 1 bath mat), TV €40/week, baby kit €21/week (cot, high chair, bath; subject to availability, state at time of booking), cleaning kit €6. Pets welcome €30 (max 1/apt).
