Built for the Winter 09/10 season in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood and stone, the brand new residence is composed of three small 4 storey chalet style buildings incorporating 41 apartments (with lifts).

Facilities: reception lounge with open fireplace and pool table (payable), indoor heated swimming-pool (closed on Saturday morning), steam room (1 free session per apartment per week, then €8/session/apartment), bread delivery service, left-luggage room and laundry room (payable). Les Fermes de St Gervais has its own covered parking (payable £49/week at time of booking, max 1.90m high) and wireless internet connection at reception and in the apartments€20/week. The loan of cots and high chairs (subject to availability, state at time of booking), hairdryers, board games, irons, raclette and fondue sets is available from Reception.

All fully equipped apartments at Les Fermes de St Gervais are of a high standard and decorated in a sleek modern style. They have a living area with a single sofa bed and an extra single drawer bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker, a bathroom with wc (sometimes separate), TV in lounge and a balcony or terrace.

1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 (c 30m2): bedroom with 2 single beds (can be pushed together to make a double).

1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 34m2): bedroom with a double or 2 single beds and alcove with bunk beds.

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (c 40m2): bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds.

Prices include:

Fully equipped apartment, bed linen and towels (extra set €6/pers/week). Loan of cots and high chairs (subject to availability, state at time of booking).

 
To pay locally:

Refundable deposit €300, local tourist tax c. €1.50/pers/day, end of stay cleaning if apartment is not left in perfect order €55-€85. Pets welcome €44/week each (max 2/apt).

HOTEL SERVICES: beds made on arrival £35-£45/apartment, final cleaning (excl kitchen area) £55-£70/apartment or beds made on arrival + final cleaning (excl kitchen area) £80-£100/apartment (payable at time of booking).
