Can I fly to the Alps and hire a car instead?

Although we don’t arrange flights (we believe you can do this yourself for much less!) most of our resorts are within 1-2 hrs from a major international airport eg. Geneva, Grenoble, Lyon, Chambery.

If you prefer to make your own travel arrangements deduct £70 per party. We can then arrange car hire from any French airport for you.

Do you have special offers?

There is a reduction of £110 per party for second weeks and then most of our self-catering apartment residences have discounts of 5-50% for second weeks. Some have 3 weeks for the price of 2 and 2 for the price of 1 (cheapest week offered).

We also have early booking discounts at a number of apartment residences.

All our self-catering prices are per accommodation so we don’t advertise phoney ‘Free Kids’ places unlike many larger operators. The only question you should ask is how much it is going to cost me in total for my party and then compare.

How do I check prices?

All our prices are accessed from the relevant accommodation page (see Click here for prices link at the bottom of each accommodation description or on the panel on the right hand side). First go to your selected resort page and then click on your selected accommodation at the bottom of the page.

Other advantages of booking with Peak Retreats

1. Peak Retreats requires that the final balance is paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Larger operators like Crystal/Thomson/TUI request the final balance 10 weeks prior to departure.

2. Larger operators like the above charge 2.5% for paying by credit card. Peak Retreats charges 1.85%.

3. If you have to cancel within 69 to 42 days before the holiday larger operators like the above charge between 30-50% cancellation charges. With Peak Retreats you only loose your deposit up to 42 days before.

4. Larger operators like the above charge a £15 per person fee for all bookings within 15 days of departure. Peak Retreats makes no such charge.

5. Larger operators like the above charge a £35-55 per person fee to make very minor changes to a booking (like changing a passenger name). Peak Retreats makes no such charges (unless lead name change).

There are over 40 different activities to choose from including Summer Ski and Snowboarding. Most activities are suitable for all ages.
