The chalet is arranged over 3 well appointed and spacious floors. On the entrance floor the large lounge/dining area is equipped with a traditional French country style solid wood dining table sitting 12 comfortably, a wood burner, 3 sofas, a new wide screen LCD TV with UK ‘FreeSat’ Hi-Def reception, DVD, Hi-Fi system and free wireless internet connection. It boasts sunny balconies on either side with stunning views, accessible through sliding doors. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the commodities you would expect at home; for instance a built-in microwave and on the granite worktop you will find a kettle, toaster and coffee-maker ….
 
There are 3 en-suite bedrooms on the lower floor, all with exceptional views over Mont Chéry. The first has a king size double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Room 2 has two single beds and an en-suite shower room. The third room has two full size bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Also on this floor, is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

On the upper floor, there are 2 further bedrooms, both very generous in size, with large windows and balconies, overlooking the Mont Chéry. The first has a king size double bed and the second has two single beds, Also on this floor, there is a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate WC with washbasin.  For your comfort, the chalet is strictly non smoking and fire extinguishers are available throughout the chalet.

The chalet has a panoramic aspect toward Mont Chery and has a newly added large sun deck with integrated barbecue area which enjoys the sun for most of the day, particularly in the afternoon and evening. The chalet has spectacular views both up and down the valley. There is also a covered car parking area and a garden.

Prices include:

Fitted bed linen and towels are provided. These are replaced each week for bi-weekly stays. Normal end of stay cleaning is included (excl kitchen area and washing up). 

To pay locally:

Local tourist tax c €0.90/pers/day.

Refundable security deposit £500 (payable by UK cheque prior to departure).
