Chalet du Pontet is a 130m2 comfortable chalet built to a high specification and designed with style in wood cladding and natural stone. The interior is bright and airy, well furnished and immaculately presented with beamed ceilings and tile floors throughout. Furnishings are functional and stylish and there is free wireless internet connection.
 
On the ground floor, the lounge/dining area has a natural stone fireplace creating an inviting ambience in which to relax and offers a large southeast facing private balcony. It has a TV, DVD player and a CD Hifi. The British owners have left a supply of toys, books, games and DVDs (all in English).

On the same floor, there are 2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite shower room/wc, one with ensuite bathroom/wc). Upstairs, there are a further 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite bathroom/wc, 1 with bunk beds) with access to their own-shared large private balcony. On the upper floor, there is also a further bathroom/wc.
 
Four bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be made into queen-size beds. There is also a roll-away bed in the bedroom with bunks, so the chalet can accommodate an extra child.
 
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen area has a full sized oven, 4 ceramic hobs, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all modern equipment. British-owned, the chalet has all the little things that you would expect at home: kettle, mugs, teapot, coffee-machine…
 
In the basement there is an extra wc with washbasin, a garage with a washing-machine and drier, a sauna and a drying/storage room. 
 
There is further parking, outside to the front of the property.
 
For your comfort, there is underfloor heating on the first floor, and there are electric heaters in all rooms, as well as the fireplace. 

Price include:
Bed linen (with beds made on arrival), towels, wood for the open fire, end of stay cleaning and local tourist tax are included in the price.
