Built in 2002, this imposing luxury chalet has a typical Savoyard style and the character of a traditional property with pine panelling throughout. All the fittings and equipment are stylish and of a high standard.

The chalet is arranged over three floors and sleeps up to 17 comfortably in five en-suite bedrooms – all with their own TV (not satellite).

The three on the lower ground floor access the patio in front and have 1 double and 1 single bed in each. An alcove with bunk beds is off one of the bedrooms.

Of the two double bedrooms on the first floor, one has an extra single and the other has an extra small single divan bed. Both have their own balcony with views.

Two of the en-suite bathrooms have shower/WC and 3 have bath/WC. There is also a separate WC.

The long and bright dining/living room has a small lounge area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen area and a balcony affording superb views. There is a covered parking area plus ample parking outside the chalet.

Phone point and TV in each room. Washer/dryer. Wireless internet connection.

End of stay cleaning on request €120. Bed linen €12/bed with beds made on arrival (state at time of booking), towel set €4. Refundable deposit €500. Local tourist tax of c €0.90/pers/ day payable locally.
