It consists of: three comfortable bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a double bed and an en-suite shower room; one smaller upstairs with 2 single beds and one with 2 single beds and a single pull-out bed; a bathroom with a shower and WC; a living room with 2 three-seater sofas; an extra separate WC; a large kitchen/dining area equipped with all modern amenities (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4-ring electric hob and dishwasher). British-owned, the apartment has all the little things you would expect at home: a kettle, toaster, teapot, mugs, cafetiere…
 
The apartment has one outdoor parking space.
   
TV and CD player. Weekly cleaning (on Saturday) is included in the price.
 
To pay locally:

Refundable breakage deposit £300 (payable by UK cheque on arrival). Bed linen and towels can be hired: for one person: €25/week (includes bed linen for a double bed and bath towel, hand towel, flannel and tea towel) or for a double bed: €40/week (includes bed linen for a double bed and bath towel, hand towel, flannel, tea towel for 2 people).
