Recently built in typical Evian architectural style, the residence is composed of a wooden clad building (housing the 1 bedroom apartments) and 19 small wooden chalets (with larger apartments) within a mile to the lake and set amongst an interesting variety of trees.

Les Chalets d'Evian enjoys a covered outdoor swimming pool, a lounge with open fire, Wi-Fi (€20/stay), bar and sauna (€6/30 mins). It has free outdoor parking (1 car space per apartment), a laundry room, a fitness room, a pool table and storage room for bikes. Table tennis, boules pitch and children’s play area, loan of irons and ironing boards are also available. For your comfort, we can arrange hotel services including beds made on arrival and towels £15/single bed or £20/double bed (state at time of booking).

All apartments at Les Chalets d'Evian are decorated to a basic but good standard of convenience. They have a living area with a double pull-out bed, a well equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, bathroom with bath, WC and furnished balcony or terrace.

1 bedroom apartment sleeping 3-5 (31/35m2): bedroom with double bed or and a folding bed that can sleep one child.  Lake facing.

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (50/53m2): bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds. May be duplex and some are lake facing.

To pay locally:

Refundable deposit €300, local tourist tax c €0.65/pers/day. End of stay cleaning on request €52-€67 depending on the size of the apartment. To hire: baby kit (high chair, cot & bath) €25/stay, towel set €5.50/pers, cleaning kit €5, TV €40/week. Pets welcome €40/week each (max 1/apt).
