Combloux is only few minutes from prestigious resorts
such as Megève (4 km) and Chamonix (30 km) and
is very easily accessed from the motorway exit
(Sallanches, 8km); TGV station and is only 70km from
Geneva airport.

Swimming: Combloux’s ecological mountain
lake facing Mont-Blanc has been created for swimming
with clear, pure water and no chemical
products. Water temperatures may reach 26°
C. Aquatic plants, a fountain and a waterfall
with a running stream. Near the village centre,
surrounded by Alpine pastures and wooden chalets, the
lake is lined by a wooden deck and green lawn sloping
down to the sandy shores. Open everyday from
11am-7pm from July 3rd to September 1st 2008 except
from June 14th – June 30th it will be closed on
Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cost €4.40 per adult and
€3.30 per child (3-12yrs). Under 3’s free.
Golf: Golf Megève: 18- hole golf course
in Mont d'Arbois – Megeve, 6100 metres long, 50
hectares of surface area with soft inclined
reliefs. One of the most oldest and most
beautiful mountain courses.

By Road: Driving distance from Calais to
Combloux 547 miles (7hrs 30)
From Calais, take A26 Motorway towards Reims and
Troyes, then Dijon, Mâcon then ‘Autoroute
Blanche’ Motorway (A40 Mâcon –
Cluses) exit Sallanches (no 20). Follow signs
to Combloux (8km from Sallanches)
By Rail: Direct access by TGV to the train
station in Sallanches, then bus or taxi to Combloux,
