The residence was built by the acclaimed mountain architects MGM for the Summer 2007 season in typical mountain style with extensive use of wood and stone and is composed of four 4-storey chalet style building (with lifts). It enjoys a private indoor heated swimming-pool (open 10.00-20.00 closed on Saturday, 10mx7m), fitness room, sauna and steam room (1 free session per apartment per week, then €8/session/apartment).

Les Alpages de Champagny has a reception lounge with open fire and tea-making facility, a laundry room (payable), a snack bar, a pool table (payable), a tennis table room and boules pitch, sun terrace with mountain view, WiFi in Reception area only €20/week, bread delivery service, free outdoor parking (limited spaces) and its own covered parking (£29/car/week payable at time of booking, subject to availability).

The loan of cots and high chairs (subject to availability, state at time of booking), hairdryers, board games, irons and ironing boards is available from Reception. On site sports shop (hire of hiking and climbing equipment).

Les Alpages comprises 66 fully equipped apartments of a high standard, decorated in traditional rustic style and each one has a living area with single divan bed and extra drawer bed, fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and electric coffee-maker, a bathroom with bath or shower, separate WC, satellite TV, telephone (payable) and a balcony or terrace.

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6 (53-68m2): bedroom with double bed and bedroom with 2 single beds. Some have an extra shower room. May be duplex.

2 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 6-8 (c 58m2):
bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, alcove sleeping 2 (sometimes bunk beds) and extra shower room.

Prices include:

Fully equipped apartment, bed linen and towels (extra set €6/pers/week).
To pay locally:

Refundable deposit €300, local tourist tax c. €1.30/pers/day, end of stay cleaning if apartment is not left in perfect order €55-€85. Pets welcome €44/week each (max 2/apt).
