The MGM built residence (1st generation) is composed of three 4-storey buildings. It enjoys a private indoor heated swimming-pool with breathtaking views and a spacious lounge area with TV and free Wi-Fi. The residence has its own underground parking (payable €30/car/week, max height 1.90m subject to availability) and boasts a well equipped fitness centre with sauna, steam room, fitness machines and a beauty salon. The loan of baby kits (cots, high chairs, changing mat, baby bath -subject to availability, state at time of booking-, bed safety rails and stair gates for young children, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, board games, fondue and raclette sets and bread delivery service are also available.

The fully equipped apartments are fairly compact and fitted and furnished to a good standard of comfort and convenience. They have a living area with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen area with a 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, multi-function oven, electric coffee-maker, toaster and a bathroom with bath or shower and hairdryer, separate WC. All apartments have TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi, safety box (€10/week) and a balcony.

1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4: bedroom with a double bed (separated from living area by a door or a curtain).

1 bedroom alcove apartment sleeping 4/6: bedroom with a double bed, alcove with 2 single beds or bunk beds (1.80m long).

2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6: bedroom with a double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds.

Prices include:

Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (with beds made on arrival, except pull-out bed in lounge), towels (extra set €9), cleaning kit and end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up).

To pay locally:

Refundable deposit €200, local tourist tax c €1.50/pers/day (over 13yrs). Pets welcome €55/week each.
