The ground floor is made up of an open spacious living area with a fire place (wood for fire is included). The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, kettle, toaster and electric coffee maker.

Also on the ground floor: a large bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

On first floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and washbasin, 2 bedrooms with a 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and an extra pull out bed and a washbasin, a bathroom with bath/shower.

There is also an extra small bedroom with a set of 2 bunk beds on the lower floor.

The house has 2 separate wc’s (upstairs and downstairs). The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The fully furnished terrace opens out onto an 800m² unfenced garden and has a barbecue. Two outdoor parking spaces are available. Please note that the garden is overlooked and parking area is shared.

The house is ideally located 500m from the village, 200m from the lake (swimming, diving, water skiing, boat and kayak renting), and just overlooking the tennis club. The 27 hole golf course and the horse riding club are both just 1 mile away.

To pay locally:

Refundable deposit €1000, local tourist tax c €1.30/pers/day. Bed linen and towels is not included but can be provided for a supplement of €20/kit (please advise at time of booking).
